On October 27th of 2005, the Parque Cibernético Santo Domingo announced that they were creating a high funding investment of technology. The cybernetic park will invest money in firms that will help them amplify the high growth of technology of the country and the base of talent. The funds will proportionate the infusion of equity and firms of the high technology sectors. “We are very excited about the establishment of this new fund of investment.” The Dominican Republic is a beneficiary of a lot of competitive windows in terms of talent, costs and the geographic position. |
“The fund will also invest money in the international firms that locate their operations of development in the installations of the cybernetic park. This will animate the establishment of a high hallway of regional Dominican technology,” President Fernandez said. Mr. Eddy Martinez, President of the board of the Parque Cibernético Santo Domingo has observed “we are going towards firm objectives for the investment in the development of software, technology of information, telecommunications, multimedia and sectors of fabrication. Our objective is to create an argument of triumph, a good income for the action holders of the cybernetic park as well as the growth of the participation of the country in the high economy of global technology.” |
