Steps Prior to solicitation

1. Constitute a company by action that will be the one to operate in Dominican Republic, if in any case your not, then a foreign company can operate in the Dominican Republic often complying with the requirements that continue.
2. Obtain from the free zone where you want to install yourself (in this case Cybernetic Park of Santo Domingo) a leasing contract and letter of memorandum of understanding of the industrial Silo or Office space that the company will occupy.

The Request for Installation

All request must be deposited before the national council of free zones of exportations, accordingly addressed to the executive direction, signed by the president or an authorized person by the company.

The company must register in the merchant registration of the chamber of commerce and production of the national district.
