Reinaldo (“Ray”) Vera Executive Vice President Cyber Park of Santo Domingo r.vera@pcsd.com.do Mr. Vera is a licensed architect. His previous position was as Vice President, South Florida Operations at Reynolds, Smith & Hills. In that capacity, Mr. Vera was responsible for business development in Southeast Florida and the Caribbean. A major achievement was his design of the Cyber Park. Mr. Vera also designed other technology parks and developed master building plans for mixed communities. Other prior positions include Principal at the architectural firm of Kurki & Vera, Inc. While there Mr. Vera developed unique designs for medical facilities, airports terminals, and industrial parks. Mr. Vera began his career at Harry, Oppenhiemer & Ross in Miami, Florida.
